150 East State Street, also known as The Commonwealth Building, is a downtown Trenton icon. Ajax Management is in the process of reimagining this building for restaurant space on the first floor and beautiful apartments and lofts on the upper floors.

The building is located in the heart of downtown – within walking distance to the Trenton Transit Center, Mill Hill Park and all the great city restaurants and shops.
